Oddsize Baggage operates as a personal shopping service based in Sydney, Australia, facilitating the purchase and delivery of authentic products to customers in Pakistan.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Personal shopping for products available in Australian retail stores
- Product sourcing and availability verification
- International shipping from Australia to Pakistan
- Order tracking and customer support via WhatsApp
We act as your personal shopper and purchasing agent. We do not manufacture, distribute, or directly sell any products ourselves.
3. Orders and Payments
Quote Process: All orders begin with a quote request. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs including product price, shipping fees, and service charges before you commit to any purchase.
Payment: Payment is required in full before we proceed with your order. We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and international cards.
Pricing: All prices quoted are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or Australian Dollars (AUD) as specified. Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations and product availability.
No Hidden Fees: The quote you receive includes all costs. There are no additional charges after you accept a quote, unless you request changes to your order.
4. Product Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all products purchased through our service are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized Australian retailers. We do not deal in counterfeit, replica, or grey market goods.
Products are purchased directly from stores such as Sephora, Mecca, David Jones, Nike, Chemist Warehouse, and other authorized retailers in Australia.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Time: Standard delivery to Pakistan takes approximately 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. You can monitor your package throughout the delivery process.
Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by Pakistani authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We will advise on typical duty rates but cannot guarantee specific amounts.
Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Product Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
No Change of Mind Returns: Due to the nature of international personal shopping, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you are certain about your order before confirming.
Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for legitimate issues such as damaged goods, incorrect items, or orders that cannot be fulfilled. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before we make the purchase. Once a product has been purchased, cancellation is not possible.
7. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to stock at Australian retailers. If a requested item is unavailable, we will:

- Offer alternative products where possible
- Provide a full refund for unavailable items

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
